Here in My Weekly Take, I write brief evaluations for each film to discuss why they are worth watching. Some may be ones I didn't enjoy, and I'll try to squeeze those in as well. These can be films that I've already seen and recently rewatched, as well as films that have just been released in theaters.

Unforgiven / 1992 / Dir. Clint Eastwood

Unforgiven (1992): Clint Eastwood Oscar-Winning Western, Starring Himself, Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman in Oscar-Winning Performance

Unforgiven is possibly the best western ever made. I believe it's even better than The Searchers, which I also like. Unforgiven is meticulously executed in terms of writing, directing, editing, sound, and production design. Not to mention the stellar performance of Eastwood, Hackman, Freeman, and the rest of the cast. Unforgiven is a true western in every sense of the word.

Vertigo / 1958 / Dir. Alfred Hitchcock
